What we collect
Name, email, phone, delivery address, and payment method when you place an order. Browsing behaviour (pages visited, products viewed) via anonymised cookies to improve your experience. Health goals you voluntarily share through our quiz — used only to personalise recommendations and never sold.
How we use your data
To process and deliver your orders, send transactional notifications (dispatch, delivery), personalise product recommendations, respond to support queries, and send marketing emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your address and phone number with our logistics partners solely to fulfil deliveries. We share anonymised, aggregated analytics with Google Analytics. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes — ever.
How we protect it
All data is stored on encrypted servers. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay / PayU) — we never store your card details. Our systems undergo regular security audits.
Your rights
